Corporate Introduction
Founded in 1981, TCL originated as one of China's first joint ventures, TTK Household Appliances (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. In 2019, TCL completed an asset restructuring that resulted in its split into TCL Technology Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "TCL Technology") and TCL Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TCL Industrial"). TCL Technology has accelerated its transformation into a technology and capital-intensive high-tech industrial group. Today, TCL Technology has become a technology industrial group with multiple business segments, including semiconductor displays and renewable energy photovoltaics.
