Simultaneously, TCL CSOT is highly favoured in the high-performance, large-size display market, holding a leading position in the market and maintaining industry-leading status in the medium and small-size product segment.TCL CSOT actively lays out next-generation display technologies, accelerates the development and commercialization of printed OLED/QLED, Mini LED, Micro LED, flexible OLED, XR, etc., and builds a full scene product system covering large, medium and small-sized panels and touch modules, electronic whiteboards, video walls, automobiles, and e-sports, etc.

TCL Zhonghuan launched G12 solar monocrystalline silicon wafers through independent research and development, leading the industry into the 6.0, 7.0 and N-type high-efficiency era. Due to its outstanding contribution to the technological development of Chinese photovoltaic industry, G12 solar monocrystalline wafers were collected in the National Museum of China, becoming an important milestone witnessing the development of the photovoltaic industry.

The company has introduced the world's first mass-produced 14-inch 2.8K in-cell active pen large size tablet, supporting ultra-high resolution and a 30-120Hz wide frequency refresh rate, featuring breakthrough high color gamut and high brightness design paired with hardware-based low blue light technology, comprehensively protecting visual health while delivering a stunning visual experience.

TCL CSOT has broken through the limitations of LCD design and manufacturing processes to introduce the head-mounted display with the world's highest pixel density using LTPO-VR LCD technology, significantly enhancing the visual experience by resolving the graininess issue typical of traditional VR headsets, thereby delivering a more realistic, vivid, and immersive experience.

In 2023, TCL Zhonghuan stood out with its superb manufacturing craftsmanship, advanced production technology, and leading market share, earning the recognition of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a "China's Manufacturing Individual Champion". Huansheng Solar3 , a subsidiary of TCL Zhonghuan, has been certified by TUV IEC 61730:2023 for the high reliability and safety of its G12 highly-efficient laminated tile module.

TCL CSOT Conducts Safety Production Training Activities.

In 2023, TCL CSOT carried out safety production training activities across all its production bases, including three-tier safety education, monthly specialized training, and external expert-led training sessions. To further enrich the training methods, TCL CSOT established a warning base starting from accident cases, enhancing safety culture promotion to comprehensively raise employees' safety awareness and strictly control safety risks.

In 2023, TCL Zhonghuan organized a variety of specialized and on-site emergency response drills. The drills covered fire emergency rescue, argon gas poisoning and asphyxiation emergency rescue, chemical spill emergency rescue, and mechanical injury emergency rescue, involving all employees, with a total of 962 drills conducted.

T Academy Builds an Online Learning Platform for All Employees.

Leveraging internet information technology, TCL Tech. has built the T Academy online learning platform since 2020, empowering employee development. In 2023, T Academy offered 1,851 training courses, including 1,771 selfdeveloped courses, totaling 570,343.5 hours of learning. To enhance the Company's ESG management level and cultivate employees' sustainable development concepts, the Company invited the ESG expert in September 2023 to conduct offline "TCL Finance ESG & Green Finance Training", covering topics such as "Basic ESG Knowledge", "How Enterprises Use ESG as a Decision-Making Tool for Investment and Financing", "Market Opportunities in Green Finance", and "Green Supply Chain Financial Case Sharing". These courses were also launched on T Academy.

To implement the national dual-carbon strategy, promote energy transformation and green development, protect the environment, and foster the continuous development of educational endeavors, the TCL Charity Foundation has launched the TCL solar low-carbon campuses initiative nationwide. The " TCLArt Charity Music Series " is an art exchange platform established by the foundation in conjunction with TCL's humanistic value IP "TCLArt" for young musicians. It brings a diverse audio-visual cultural feast to the public and promotes philanthropic culture through the music season, using music to convey the voice and power of philanthropy. Employee Public Welfare Creative Competition

To enhance the dissemination of philanthropic culture and increase employee participation in charitable activities, the TCL Charity Foundation launched the TCL Rose Action · Employee Public Welfare Creative Competition. This initiative collects public welfare creative activities from all TCL employees and funds outstanding public welfare projects to be implemented. To date, two sessions have been held, with 24 projects selected, covering various fields such as youth services, care for special children, rural revitalization, services for the elderly, science and technology education, energy saving and environmental protection, community cultural co-construction, and the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.
